• SUPPORT THE EXECUTION & MAINTENANCE OF ALL HOI BRAND PROJECTS (SEASONAL CAMPAIGNS & 365 CITY MOMENTS) INCLUDING CONSUMERS ACTIVATIONS AND O2O PLANS
• SUPPORT THE BRAND COMMUNICATIONS WITH THE STORE TEAM (STORE HUDDLES, TRACK HIGHLIGHT)
• SUPPORT THE MANAGEMENT, THE MAINTENANCE & INVENTORY OF ALL IN-STORE MARKETING MATERIALS (CONNECTING WITH FASHION PARTNERS)
• SUPPORT IN THE EXECUTION OF NBY & JBY SERVICES (365 & SEASONAL OFFERS – B TO C AND B TO B) INCLUDING INVENTORY, VM&S APPROACH, FLOOR SUPPORT
• MANAGE MARKETPLACE BENCHMARK (COMPETITION ANALYSIS & KEY LEARNINGS) - FOCUSING ON IN-STORE EXECUTIONS, CONSUMERS ACTIVATION, CUSTOMIZATION SERVICE, ETC…)
Profile :
• BACHELOR OR MASTER DEGREE IN MARKETING OR MANAGEMENT
• ORGANISED, FLEXIBLE, POLYVALENT & CREATIVE
• GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS
• TEAM PLAYER WITH THE ABILITY TO NAVIGATE IN A MATRICIAL ORGANISATION
• PACK OFFICE (EXCEL, WORD, KEYNOTE/POWERPOINT)
• VERY GOOD LEVEL IN ENGLISH (ORAL AND WRITTEN)
• PASSION FOR SPORT AND LIFESTYLE
Reporting:
BRAND ASSISTANT HEADCOACH (l’alternant va venir en support de l’ensemble des coaches Brand. Ils vont donc tous plus ou moins le manager. Pour ne pas créer de frustration au sein de l’équipe, il va reporter directement à l’AHC Brand même s’il n’a pas le statut d’un coach Brand)
