As a Coach (Retail Supervisor) at the Westgate Nike Store, you will play a vital role in leading and inspiring our team to deliver an exceptional retail experience for our customers.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON?

  • Provide hands-on coaching and mentoring to empower the retail team, ensuring they are equipped to deliver outstanding customer service

  • Lead by example, demonstrating Nike's core values and brand behaviours to foster a positive and engaging work environment

  • Manage and oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and sales reporting

  • Collaborate with the store leadership team to implement strategic initiatives and drive sales growth

  • Act as a brand ambassador, upholding Nike's reputation and elevating the customer experience

  • Identify and develop talent, providing opportunities for team members to grow and advance within the company

WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE?

  • Proven experience in a retail supervisory or management role, preferably within the athletic or fashion industries

  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, with the agility to adapt to changing retail environments

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach

  • A passion for the Nike brand and a deep understanding of the retail landscape

  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required
