- Manage and resolve Employee Relations and Labor Relations issues.
- Ensure compliance at all levels.
- Align expectations on store operational needs
- Ensure communication standards and best practices are followed throughout the store
- Facilitate an open-door communication policy throughout the store.
- Coach on and validate all corrective actions.
- Conduct Chat it Ups.
- Manage all Human Resources (HR) paperwork and processes for the store, such as for hiring, terminations, and promotions.

For retail roles, you’ll complete an interactive assessment that includes a chat and quizzes and takes about 10-20 minutes to complete. No matter the role, we want to learn about you – the whole you – so don’t shy away from how you approach world-class service and what makes you unique.
