WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
This role reports directly to the Director of Global Sales - Nike.Net, (Nike’s Digital Sales Platform), is in the Nike.Net Business Management team, and works alongside the Global Digital Sales team, Technology teams, and our Geo Partners.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for someone who has strong Communication (Verbal and Writing), Program/Portfolio and Change Management experience.
The ideal candidate is a team player who has vision for the future and can look 5 steps ahead and try to anticipate what the need/issues are which can be a huge unlock for teammates.
Additionally, the right candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Change/Communications, Program Management or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
- 3+ years directly relevant work experience
- Scope: Multiple teams, large and small projects/ programs, and/or all-size external customers.
- Problem Solving: Independently utilizes knowledge, skills, and abilities to identify areas of opportunity, resolve complex problems & navigate solutions.
- Knowledge & Skills: Senior professional role. Evaluates and selects the right course of action. Uses a variety of skills including but not limited to: strong communication, relationship building, organizational/planning and problem-solving skills. Strong Collaborator with cross-functional teams. A Strategic Thinker and Implementor.
- Have a general understanding of the Go-To-Market Process.
- Be able to Integrate and communicate moderately complex information, sometimes to audiences who are not familiar with the subject matter. Acts as a resource to teammates. Completes work independently with review at critical points; requires guidance only on complex issues.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
Responsible for planning, communicating and creating training materials for stakeholders for key deliverables and enhancements for Nike.Net / Digital Sales. Create go-live plans in partnership with our Tech and Geo teams. Develop appropriate Training Guides for deployment. Drive Stakeholder level based Communications for releases and throughout the process. Create and Drive Stategy for Comms, Change, Program.
Responsible for driving a Center of Excellence Operating Model for the Nike.Net team. Create clear process for the product life cycle from Discovery to Launch to Reporting Results, in partnership with cross-functional teams. Maintain Communication methods for full team (Hub, Slack Channels, Email).
Lead Geo connections including Global/Geo Syncs, Reporting cadence, understanding of Geo key dates and buiding teams. Partner with Nike.net team to build relationships and partnerships in the Geos. Collaborate with multiple stakeholders at all levels.
