Nike ADAPT Facility
ADAPT DC 165 Wingo Road, Byhalia, MS 38611

Shift: Tuesday- Friday 6am-4:30pm

Starting Pay: $22.80 per hour 

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR  

 

As a Cycle Counter Athlete, you will be responsible for performing physical inventory counts using lift equipment and walking areas to access locations. You will work in a comfortable climate-controlled environment where safety is our top priority. We are also committed to helping you make sport a daily habit so our DCs also offer onsite gyms. WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON 

  • Reporting progress by location type, and by accuracy by location type. (70%).  

  • Correcting inventory discrepancies via cycle count & inventory adjustments which interface to the company’s financial records. Include research for lost product and de-selection. (15%).  

  • Task coordinating for preparing/adjusting product within a warehouse, including palletizing, sorting manually, etc. (5%).  

  • Perform simple routine administrative tasks, including data entry and distribution of reports (5%).  

  • Supporting IC and cross-functional team assessments of unit adjustments and root cause (5%). Peer training as required. 

 

WHAT YOU BRING 

 

  • Capable of utilizing existing processes to solve routine problems. 

  • Understands the flow of the distribution center to help troubleshoot inventory discrepancies. 

  • Prioritizes, organizes and makes decisions related to own work 

 

Must be able to: 

  • Read and understand detailed work instructions to complete daily tasks while prioritizing safety 

  • Load, unload, and move heavy boxes and packages weighing up to 50 lbs. (with reasonable accommodation if needed) 

  • Fulfill the physical requirements of the position, which include the ability to twist, bend, squat, reach
