Data Analytics Manager – NIKE, Inc. - Beaverton, OR. Maximize analytics return on investment, driving scalable data architecture, and delivering data products to enhance decision making across Nike’s Global functions. Translate complex business problem statements into analysis requirements and work with internal customers to define data product details based on expressed partner needs. Document systems/analytics solutions to the business, translating complex functionality into business relevant language. Support end-to-end analysis to inform product strategy, data architecture and reporting decisions. Drive the solving of complex data problems demonstrating analytical and statistical rigor. Develop SQL queries and data visualizations to fulfill ad-hoc analysis requests and ongoing reporting needs demonstrating standard query syntax. Document data architecture solutions, business requirements, training material and business processes for both business and technical audiences. Validate data integrity within back-end data assets and data products supporting accurate and consistent reporting and analytics. Serve as domain expert on data and business process within area of focus. Drive adoption of and socialize the data products with end users through user training. Support standard methodologies in reporting and analysis: data integrity, unit testing, data quality control, system integration testing, modelling, validation, and documentation. Monitor and solve operational or data issues in the data pipelines. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S., except from AK, AL, AR, DE, HI, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MT, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, RI, SD, VT, WV, and WY.
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or Electronic Engineering and 3 years of experience in the job offered or a computer-related occupation. Experience must include:
Business analysis
SQL
Snowflake
Data visualization
Data architecture;
Agile methodologies
Data management systems, such as Teradata
AWS, Git, and Tableau
Dimensional modeling
