The hourly rate for this position ranges from $23.22 to $37.07. Actual pay rate will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.

Shift: Sunday - Wednesday 2:30PM - 1:15AM

Pay: $21.06/hourly

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR 

As a DC Point Guard I – you will be responsible for executing reporting in the system to monitor for incomplete orders. We are also committed to helping you make sport a daily habit so our DCs also offer onsite gyms. WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON 

Reconciling incomplete orders in the warehouse management system. Utilizing reporting tools (warehouse management system, WCS tool – conveyor tracking, etc.) to identify and isolate on any exceptions. Determining how to correct the exception(s) and take appropriate action to resolve the issue. Monitoring to ensure the exception has been resolved and the order is moved to a shippable status. Running and emailing administrative reports. Leading a team to follow all established departmental Job Instructions in the warehouse and correct any deviations instantly.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING  

  • Minimum requirement 2-5 years warehouse experience  
  • Experienced using the warehouse management systems
  • Experienced operating all warehouse/PMV equipment  
  • Able to locate product in the warehouse and adjust inventory when needed  
  • Understand the flow of the warehouse and know who to work with to resolve issues  

Must be able to: 

Read and understand detailed work instructions to complete daily tasks while prioritizing safety. 

Load, unload, and move heavy boxes and packages (with reasonable accommodation if needed). 

Fulfill the physical requirements of the position, which include the ability to twist, bend, squat, reach
