Ready to be part of a high-performing, fast-paced, and results-driven team at Nike? We're looking for a passionate, result-driven, highly motivated, and detail-oriented professional to join our Delivery Excellence team. In this role, you will engage closely with a diverse range of stakeholders across Nike's source base, including manufacturing partners' business teams, as well as cross-functional teams at World Headquarters (WHQ) and throughout Asia. Key collaborators will include Geography Inventory Planning, Product Creation Center, Material Supply Chain, Global Sourcing, Global Supply Planning, etc.

Additionally, you will work in conjunction with other Delivery Excellence teams in various regional offices to drive problem-solving initiatives, support project development and continuous process/tool improvement for the organization. You will report to the Delivery Excellence Manager in support of partners' delivery performance excellence and other priorities aligning to greater organizational strategy.

We're seeking a highly accountable and results-oriented Analyst with advanced analytical skills, a strong command of data interpretation, capability to create compelling data visualizations, structured problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration. You must thrive on driving continuous improvement and excels at transforming complex data into actionable business framework and implement changes to drive informed & better business decisions.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Data Science & Analytics, or related field.

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience with a solid understanding of supply chain or manufacturing environment.

  • Intermediate or Advanced proficiency in analytical and data visualization tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, VBA, Tableau, Python, Power BI, SQL, etc is a must. Experience in dashboard development using data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI is a plus.

  • Advanced analytical and statistical skills, with a track record of solving complex problems and delivering actionable insights.

  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional projects, demonstrating strong ownership, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive initiatives from planning through successful execution.

  • A detail-oriented mindset, strong organizational capabilities, and a high degree of self-motivation.

  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and resolving conflicts through effective stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Cultural agility and experience working across diverse teams.

  • Excellent communication skills in English-verbal, written, and visual.

  • Excellent influencing and negotiating skills are a plus.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will play a key part in driving operational excellence, support strategic initiatives, perform regular data-driven analysis, and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve supply challenges.

Capacity Planning:

  • Lead and drive factory partners to validate and confirm strategic and in season capacity.

  • Review factory partner’s utilization, analyze unplanned/loading issue and collaborate in solutions to ensure reliable capacity to serve Nike demand needs.

  • Monitor factory ramp up/ramp down to ensure successful and in time factory readiness/divesture.

  • Lead communication and collaboration on hot spots, including product class management and multi factories.

Delivery Performance and Operation:

  • Monitor factory Supply Plan/production/capacity/delivery and assess risk of delivery to ensure smooth, on time delivery execution and expedite decision making.

  • Collaborate on order prioritization to improve Plan In Full On-Time (PIFOT) and coverage. Drive the issue identification, solution and communication on delayed shipment.

  • Lead data validation, Manufacturing Index (MI) Delivery, On Time Performance tracking and analysis at factory partner level, using the latest BI tools.

  • Purchase Order (PO) collaboration and operational issue resolution (e.g. GAC change, AF, Buy Issues, Divert, Early/Hold Shipment, Late Adds, Cancellation, Finance, Logistic, Packing/Labelling, etc).

  • Coach, mentor and lead factories on opportunities of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) optimization.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Drive factory partner towards proactive risk assessment and mitigation, effective communication and issue resolution.

  • Continuously challenge the status quo and drive improvement at partner level.

Project Management:

  • Lead development and execution of new projects/best practice at factory level.

  • Engage/support execution of new project/initiatives. Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for global Delivery Excellence (DEC) project and the Lead for regional DEC project.

Data Analysis:

  • Use data and apply methods/ BI tools to conduct factory partner level business analysis and reporting to assist decision making and process control/improvement.

Team Development:

  • Support manager through acting as an ambassador and/or trainer to help teammates’ mindset evolvement, capability building and critical issue resolution.

  • Continuously learn new skills (eg.data analytic/visualization tools, presentation and story-telling, etc) and apply in day-to-day work.
