WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

This position is located at Nike Korea PMO (Busan) and directly reports to Senior Director, Footwear Delivery & Capacity Management based in Singapore. In this role you will be working closely with our Footwear manufacture partner business teams, along with Nike cross functional teams in World Headquarters (WHQ) and Asia including Global Sourcing, Global Supply Planning, Manufacture Engineering, Material Supply Chain, Product Development, and Logistics teams. You will work alongside other Delivery and Capacity Directors (DCDs) across our Partner Management Office (PMO) Asia locations to enable Network and Partner strategies, seasonal planning and capacity management, and Footwear production execution.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for an experienced Delivery and Capacity Management Director to lead a multi-cultural team and develop strong relationships with external manufacturing Partners. Balancing a forward thinking and bold strategic mindset while driving critical business decisions to deliver marketplace needs is key to success in this role. You should possess a strong background in our Nike marketplace, our planning processes, and end-to-end connections across the supply chain. Developing our talent, delivering transformational programs, and rethinking our ways of working will be critical success factors. You should possess a strong ability to operate cross functionally in a diverse leadership environment balancing marketplace, product and partner outcomes.

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain, planning or related field, with 5 years additional experience in general team management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in supply chain planning business processes and systems.
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written).
  • Strategic future focused mindset, ensuring long term Network resilience and flexibility.
  • Comfortable managing conflict and developing strong relationships across Nike and external teams.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, working in a highly collaborative and cross functional work environment, across cultures and time zones.
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and a strong sense of self-motivation, accountability and urgency.
  • Solution and action oriented, consistently balancing multiple trade-offs to deliver best case outcomes for the business.
  • Strong communication skills, excellent influencing and storytelling skills are required.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

As a Delivery and Capacity Management Director, you will support the development and drive the execution of Nike's product supply plan within our Korea Partner Management Office. You will develop long term sourcing and capacity plans, in alignment with external Partner factories, to ensure optimized and on-time delivery with quality to our consumer marketplace. You will manage organizations priorities, address team development needs, and inspire teammates to enhance their careers at Nike. You will also actively engage with key business partners to identify and address on-time delivery challenges, while communicating necessary trade-offs.

  • Support development of long-range Footwear Sourcing and Capacity plans and alignment with Korean Factory Partners.
  • Responsible for ensuring clear and consistent Partner engagement on Seasonal Sourcing, Planning, and Capacity management related topics.
  • Responsible for managing near term capacity and investments to support a dynamic consumer marketplace.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate supply chain challenges balancing trade-offs across product, marketplace and manufacturing functions.
  • Lead and execute complex supply chain programs across multiple work streams, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.
  • Partner with senior and executive level external partners to cultivate collaboration, strategic alignment and integrated planning and execution.
  • Lead, develop and inspire a multi-cultural team across countries.
