WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
As a Footwear Coach, you’ll play a key leadership role in our store, guiding your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and smash performance goals. Reporting to the Head Coach (Store Manager), you will:
- Lead with purpose: Set the tone for outstanding customer service and team culture.
