WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will report to the Global Process Delivery Tier II Manager and collaborate closely with Global Process Delivery teams across various geos to address data discrepancies and identify opportunities for alignment. You will also provide premium service through collaboration with stakeholders to understand and address their concerns, while offering appropriate guidance.

As a Global Process Delivery Analyst I, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of our global HR data and processes. You will tackle substantial workloads using strong analytical and critical-thinking capabilities, embracing challenging and ambiguous situations to drive meaningful outcomes. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience in HR, Operations, or Organizational Management.
Experience with Workday, specifically within the Core HR area, and ServiceNow is preferred.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
Flexibility and the ability to balance competing priorities.
Fluency in in English is required for effective communication with stakeholders. Additional language skills are an advantage.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and quality.
Ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures, and country-specific requirements.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing workloads in a fast-paced global environment.
Experience supporting EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) validations and mass data updates.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
At the core of our work, you will collaborate with relevant stakeholders across the organization. A typical day involves receiving and prioritizing requests from management and HR Partners via ServiceNow, including but not limited to the following:
Execute a broad range of HR transactions across multiple regions, including employee lifecycle processes, organizational updates, position management, reporting line changes, and other HR data changes.
Support EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) validations and large-scale data update activities.
Maintain accurate position and supervisory organization structures, ensuring alignment with organizational hierarchy, governance standards, and country-specific requirements.
Support regular audits of HR data and transactions to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with established policies and controls.
Identify and implement opportunities to improve operational processes, simplify workflows, and enhance team efficiency.
Identify exceptions or complex cases and escalate them appropriately in accordance with defined governance processes.
Review requests for completeness and validate supporting documentation before processing, ensuring compliance with company policies and guidelines.
Maintain high standards of data quality while meeting service-level agreements (SLAs) and operational performance expectations.
