WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will lead initiatives that improve how merchandising teams operate, helping create greater speed, simplicity, and clarity across the business. You will connect teams, tools, and processes seasonally to ensure work flows efficiently across seasonal milestones while supporting adoption of new capabilities, and ways of working.
  • Lead process design and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance merchandising execution and organizational effectiveness
  • Identify opportunities to simplify ways of working, eliminate inefficiencies, and reduce operational friction across teams
  • Facilitate workshops and working sessions to gather requirements, align stakeholders, and develop future-state processes
