WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Converse Western Europe is looking for an Integrated Retail Marketing Specialist II (m/f/d) to join the Integrated Retail Marketplace team in Berlin (DE).

This role will work cross-functionally with key stakeholders in the territory and in Western Europe, on top of being directly account-facing. This position is an integral part of the Brand team with the ultimate objective of serving and driving demand for the creators across all segments of the marketplace construct and driving sustainable growth for Converse. 

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

As an Integrated Retail Marketing Specialist II (m/f/d) you will be positioned at the intersection of Brand and business, working for some of our most important and high-potential accounts. Your role includes bringing elevated and innovative experiences to life for the DE creators across all channels and platforms.
 

In this role, you will lead and execute some of the most exciting projects for the DE marketplace across all segments (from Inspire to Extend) in Sport and Fashion. You will build end-to-end journeys from planning to execution for product and seasonal stories, as well as some remarkable catalyst talents. Acting as the voice of the brand at wholesale retail in DE, you will:

  • Partner with the Senior Supervisor of Integrated Retail Marketing WE to design, develop, and execute Converse DE's strategic plan in the short and mid-term, playing a crucial role at every phase. You will identify territory needs and opportunities, ensuring alignment between Brand objectives and commercial goals. You will execute campaigns with excellence, safeguarding the Brand and implementing Brand guidelines in all account activities. Additionally, you will establish relationships with top-tier agency partners, optimizing the consumer's omnichannel experience by focusing on key trade zones and digital channels to drive conversion and sell-through.
  • Collaborate with other functions of the Brand Team (Brand Marketing, Brand Creative, Digital Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Communications) to ensure consistency of plans and drive true omnichannel executions. You will set clear KPIs upfront, optimizing plans during and after campaign periods to ensure success.
  • Develop and maintain solid relationships with wholesale accounts based on reliability and mutual trust, fostering a one-team way of working and a win-win mindset.
  • Manage the budget, ensuring plans are executed within estimates, invoices are received and paid on time per Nike's stewardship policy, and regularly updating the Retail Brand Operations Coordinator with the current budget status.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

The job is based in Berlin (DE) & will report into the Sr. Supervisor Integrated Retail  Marketing WE also based in Berlin (DE).

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Demonstrated success in managing retail campaigns across
    digital and wholesales platforms.
     
  • Experience in executing end-to-end marketing campaigns, from initial
    concept to final analysis.
     
  • Track record of project managing marketing initiatives from conception
    to completion. Include examples of coordinating with diverse teams and external
    partners.
     
  • Evidence of staying current with youth culture and trends.
    Showcase campaigns or initiatives that successfully engaged younger demographics.

  • Experience in leading relationships with agencies and external suppliers

  • Strong connection to (pop) culture, music and the Berlin / German creative community.
