WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
Ready to be part of a high-performing, fast-paced, and results-driven team at Nike? We’re looking for a passionate, highly motivated, and detail-oriented professional to join our Delivery Operations Excellence team. In this role, you will engage closely with a diverse range of stakeholders across Nike's sourcing base, including manufacturing partners’ business teams, as well as cross-functional teams at World Headquarters (WHQ) and throughout Asia. Key collaborators will include Geography Inventory Planning, Product Creation Center, Material Supply Chain, Global Sourcing, Global Supply Planning, Trade Finance, and Logistics teams. Additionally, you will work in conjunction with other Delivery Excellence teams in various regional offices to drive problem-solving initiatives, support project development, and lead socialization plans that ensure alignment and adoption across the organization. You will report to the Delivery Excellence Manager in support of partners' operational excellence and other priorities aligning to greater organizational strategy.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re seeking an innovative, solution-oriented Analyst with strong skills in data analysis, structured problem-solving, and collaborative teamwork. A passion for continuous improvement and the ability to translate insights into actionable frameworks and meaningful outcomes are essential.
Minimum 3 years of work experience in a supply chain related environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
Knowledge of manufacturing operation and production planning is preferrable.
Strong analytical, statistical, and problem- solving skills.
Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and a strong sense of self-motivation.
Comfortable working with ambiguity and resolving conflict by effectively interface and develop partnership.
Comfortable working with different cultures.
Proven verbal, written and visual communication skills in English.
Mid to Advanced knowledge of Excel and Database query tools (Tableau, Python, Power BI, SQL).
Familiarity with Nike Planning and Database systems, tools and reports is a plus.
Excellent influencing and negotiating skills are a plus.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will play a key part in driving operational excellence, support strategic initiatives, lead data-driven analysis, and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve supply challenges.
Drive Purchase Order (PO) collaboration and issue resolution at assigned factories to ensure timely and efficient execution.
Implement Nike’s strategic projects and process excellence initiatives to optimize delivery to consumers and the marketplace.
Contribute to the successful deployment of corporate strategies through smooth operational transitions.
Apply strong analytical skills to gather, validate, and interpret data for action planning and risk mitigation.
Drive collaboration proactively with internal and external stakeholders to anticipate and resolve supply challenges before and during PO execution.
Participate in root cause analysis to address performance gaps and system data issues.
Initiate projects and frameworks that enhance and optimize overall supply chain efficiency and support long-term strategic goals.
Communicate effectively across diverse teams and cultures, influencing outcomes through cross-functional collaboration.
