- Bachelor’s degree in fashion design OR an equivalent combination of relevant education, experience, and training in related field
- 1-4 years or more of relevant work experience
- Experience in streetwear or fashion preferred. High taste level required.
- Ability to collaborate with Design Managers + Directors to create narratives that support seasonal concepts & stories
- Ability to provide design support for design team as needed outside of assigned product load
- Strong knowledge of streetwear culture, current trends, and design
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient ability to apply and perform design skills such as: drawing/sketching, ideation, digital product creation and visual presentation development
- Proficient knowledge of pattern making, draping, materials, trims, garment fit, garment construction, and manufacturing
