WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

The Digital Content designer supports the EMEA Partner Go To Consumer team in providing personalized digital experiences for retail partners and internal teams. This role collaborates with Global PGTCE and EMEA NMP teams, reporting to the EMEA Content Production Manager.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The Content Design specialist is a digitally-savvy and detail-oriented person who collaborates with merchandising, brand & Sales to support Partner Go-To-Consumer teams. They focus on delivering seamless end-to-end digital journeys, providing targeted and authentic B2B experiences that inform, educate, and engage both internal and external users. A successful candidate balances multiple projects, has a keen attention to detail, passion for the brand, and a constant curiosity that drives them. As a subject matter authority for publishing tools, they efficiently communicate, simplify, and relay technical and production design language to cross-functional partners. They must be proactive, organized, and able to collaborate and work independently, building strong relationships across a matrix organization.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

  • 70% - Production & design (UI & UX) to create & maintain Nike.net Homepages (internal & External) / Microsites / Seasonal graphic package for showrooms, emails & Nike.net notifications to provide relevant experiences for every user through close MPU partnerships & Web analytics. Generate high-fidelity imagery from 3D models to effectively present priority styles during sell-in.
  • 20% - Maintain a strong connection to and understanding of Nike’s key seasonal stories, products & technologies. Attend relevant consumer CODE meetings, collaborate with Global & GEO stakeholders to garner the information required for Sell-in & sell thru.
  • 10% - Content management to ensure web experiences are correctly published, maintained with the best available assets showing through tagging and uploading to an established taxonomy

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Graphic Design Proficiency: Knowledge of design principles such as balance, contrast, alignment, and hierarchy is crucial.
  • Typography: Understanding how to choose and pair fonts to enhance readability and complement the design aesthetic.
  • Color Theory: Ability to use colors harmoniously, understand color psychology, and ensure color consistency across the website.
  • User Interface (UI) Design: Creating visually appealing and intuitive interfaces that enhance user experience.
  • Responsive Design: Ensuring designs are adaptable to various screen sizes and devices.
  • Content Management: Ability to create, edit, and optimize graphics & web pages to improve load times and visual appeal.
  • Software Skills: Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma (or similar).
