WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
As a Digital Operations Specialist, you’ll report directly to the LATAM Digital Ops Director. You
will work cross functionally with Business, DSM, Logistics and Tech functions as well as Product,
Capabilities and other geo and global teams to deliver a seamless consumer journey across our platforms.

As our Digital Operations specialist, we are seeking a great teammate with digital experience to
support fast-growing businesses and markets. You are passionate about constantly finding ways
to make things run better, faster and with the least amount of wasted effort across multiple
operation functions.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Merchandising, Digital Marketing, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2+ years of comparable digital experience, working on consumer-facing digital platforms (digital commerce or retail)
- Strong proficiency with MS Excel
- Comfortable in problem structuring and strategic problem solving
- Strong attention to detail & ability to move from task to task quickly
- Strong English communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects at once
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
As our Digital Operations Specialist, you’ll support the Operations team in driving the platform
offense for MX NDDC (Nike Direct Digital Commerce) channels. Your main responsibilities will
include:
- Being a platforms expert
- Manage day to day Nike.com and Nike App operation
- Support and provide solutions to business owners and other x-functional teams from and E2E perspective; aligning requirements, timelines, stakeholders and risks.
- Operation lead
- Lead pricing and markdowns processes for NDDC
- Coordinate seasonal commercial moments from the OPS perspective, ensuring timelines, risks and requests can be met
- Coordinate BAU reporting for x functional teams
- Act as POC for new capabilities and promotions enhancements
- Testing
- Follow up on issue tracking with correspondent x functional teams
