WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?
As Nike.com Specialist II, you would be part of the Platforms & Growth team in Nike Digital Digital commerce (NDDC), you’ll join a cross-functional team of people passionate about creating the future of digital commerce for Nike.
You will be working closely with a diverse team (Site Experience, Marketing, Digital Ops, Merchandising, finance and others), coming together to drive a common agenda and align business outcome and with an elevated ability to read and react our business. You will report to the Nike.com Latam Manager.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are seeking an innovative, organized and proactive Digital Commerce Specialist for Nike.com platform, you will play a critical role for the Mexico Business, working in partnership with com Manager to implement & build the strategy and run the platform business. In this fast-paced role, we are looking for somebody that can adapt quickly, has strong sense of ownership, proactivity, accountability, passion for data, with strong communication skills and obsession to detail.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
On any given day you will analyze and extract insights, driving a comprehensive E2E approach (Funnel & financial KPIS), identify consumer trends, and recommend to manager opportunities for improvement. You will be responsible of Nike com performance and work x functionally with other areas and your manager the programming and consumer experience inside the platform.
You will be, proposing new approaches, provide insights and executing the digital business strategy by working closely with cross functional teams (Brand, Digital Ops, Site Experience, DSM, Merch) to manage all aspects of business, including content strategy, developing promotional campaigns, improve website navigation, understand consumer behavior and respond to trends and achieve critical e-commerce KPIS. Run A/B testing. Monitor industry trends and competition in sporting goods e-commerce.
