WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re seeking a North America Director, Account Marketing Foot Locker to lead and inspire a team that amplifies the Nike Brand and creates lasting consumer connections across a multi-brand ecosystem. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with deep experience in brand marketing, omni-channel retail marketing, partner management, and innovative storytelling. You thrive in matrixed environments, foster effective teamwork, and drive clarity and accountability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in brand marketing, omni-channel retail, and partner management.
- Deep understanding of sneaker culture, past and present.
- Proven leadership in team development, effective communication, and matrix management.
- Growth mindset and innovative storytelling capabilities.
- Ability to think strategically, drive results, and foster effective teamwork.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally to deliver integrated marketing strategies.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
- Lead the Account Marketing team to deliver industry-defining seasonal marketing plans leveraging the full marketing mix.
- Create holistic and integrated Nike x Account Marketing strategies across the Nike Sport Offense, including omni-channel retail, integrated media, sports marketing, and energy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Merchandising, Sales, DSM, Retail Brand, Brand Management, and Sports Marketing to establish industry-leading account positioning and drive annual account marketing plans.
- Own and drive marketing plans and activations across Basketball, Sportswear and Running
- Develop deep relationships with partner marketing counterparts and buying teams to foster consumer understanding, business acumen, and new opportunities.
- Lead and develop a world-class team of marketers focused on supporting best-in-class talent and industry-leading marketing plans.
