WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
As Director, Brand Marketing, Nike Sportswear (NSW), you’ll lead a dedicated team whilst collaborating with senior leaders and colleagues across brand, digital, and marketplace marketing—including Nike Direct and Partner marketing—engaging with a diverse group throughout the EMEA region and globally. You’ll partner closely with key marketing functions such as energy, integrated media, communications, brand creative, and sports marketing to ensure alignment and impact across every initiative.
You’ll also work with cross‑functional stakeholders in merchandising, sales, demand planning, finance, strategy, and product, while partnering directly with the EMEA VP GM NSW as a key stakeholder.
Your leadership style will adapt to varied daily challenges as you manage five direct reports at different experience levels. You’ll foster collaboration, encourage innovative thinking, drive ideas forward, and leverage diverse expertise to deliver strategic solutions for a rapidly evolving consumer landscape.
In this role, you’ll report to the EMEA NSW Marketing Senior Director, advising on strategic decisions and influencing processes to ensure plans are executed at the highest standards.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
As the EMEA NSW Marketing Director, you’ll amplify the vision for our NSW consumer across M/W/K and architect the brand plan to best connect with that consumer in the EMEA context, driving cross-functional excellence in an end-to-end seasonal offense to bring the vision to life. You will actively build and shape the future of NSW.
Key responsibilities:
- Create leading marketing plans and guide your team to innovate with a consumer-first approach. You’ll develop long-term brand strategies for Air Max, Running footwear, Women’s Sportswear Apparel, and football off-pitch looks in EMEA, bringing them to life each season.
- Set strategy and direction to build the future: as part of the EMEA Sportswear Marketing leadership team, you’re the steward of where the brand strategy goes and a key decision maker in setting the course for the NSW team in the EMEA region. You’re an innovative and emotive storyteller and expert brief writer.
- Budget and resource management: together with your Brand Planning partner, you will ensure the NSW brand budget and resources are aligned to deliver future concepts and innovate the way we connect with consumers.
- Partner management: you will interact daily with stakeholders across all levels of seniority, functions, and geographies. Leading upwards and downwards, you’ll influence, inform, and inspire to drive the future of sneaker culture forward.
- Influence and lead the global conversation: EMEA is a region where many new developments and ideas in youth culture originate. Your role is to shape and amplify these conversations globally. Partner with Global and City teammates to share insights and refine global strategy, leveraging CODE to inform and influence in a timely manner.
- Lead and develop people: you’ll lead an EHQ-based team of five passionate individuals, helping them grow and thrive every day. You’ll also support and develop our city brand marketing NSW teams.
- Champion culture: you will foster a culture anchored in Nike’s maxims and the capabilities of industry-leading marketeers; Dreamers, Doers, Editors, Tastemakers.
