Overview of the Job:
This role will lead the development of opportunities to grow the responsive business and establish the apparel and equipment responsive operations. This role will work closely with responsiveness partners across Global and GC to align product priorities across footwear/apparel/equipment, discover business needs for responsiveness, build new processes and gates to support those business opportunities. In addition, this role will lead the apparel responsive operation team to establish the operational processes across functions and teams to maximize operation efficiency and ensure the scalability of apparel operations.

Key Partnership:
This role needs to work closely with large groups of global and GC stakeholders. Strategic thinking, communication and influence skills, problem-solving skills and learning agility are key to be successful.
- Global AP/AC teams (Sourcing, PMO, DEC), GSP, Material teams (Planning, Manufacturing, sourcing options etc.)
- GC Marketing, Merchandising, GEL Update, Sports, Marketplace, Supply & Inventory Management, Sports Planning, MPU Planning, Logistics, Marketplace Supply Chain etc.
Job Responsibility:
- Understand GC Merchandising strategies and align product priorities for Responsiveness on a seasonal basis. Communicate with global stakeholders about the product priorities and influence sourcing decisions related to GC products
- Support key marketing and sports moments with responsive products
- Develop the China 4 China Responsiveness strategy for apparel and equipment
- Drive aggressive end-to-end lead time reduction for China 4 China apparel and equipment to meet consumer demands with efficiency
- Collaborate with Merchandising, Sports, Marketplace and planning teams to establish the operating model to maximize the benefits of responsiveness
- Lead the Apparel & Equipment Express Lane Fulfill operations team
Functional Skill Required (Hard skills):
- Knowledge in merchandising, product creation, materials, manufacturing, planning, supply chain. The more the better.
- Ability to develop both tactical solutions and mid/long-term strategies when facing new challenges
- Good story telling and strong influence skills, be able to manage meaningful conversation with senior leaders and diversified working teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong learning capabilities, be able to process mass info and knowledge in limited time and produce meaningful output.
