WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re seeking a Director to lead Nike’s global team of facilitators and learning operations team. This role drives delivery excellence across our Global L&D portfolio, ensuring world-class facilitation and seamless program execution across regions. The ideal candidate has a passion for scaling impact, inspiring teams, and advancing Nike’s commitment to helping every teammate be their best.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

Strategic:

  • Lead vision and strategy for global facilitation and coordination, aligning with enterprise learning goals and Talent Strategy.
  • Drive operational excellence in program coordination, ensuring consistency and impact across regions.
  • Partner across HR, Business HR, Talent COEs, and SMEs to align delivery strategies with evolving business needs.
  • Champion a learner-first mindset, advancing innovative solutions and data-driven decision making.

Operational:

  • Oversee end-to-end execution of global learning programs (scheduling, logistics, communications, forecasting).
  • Manage delivery through facilitators and coordinators, ensuring quality and consistency.
  • Track and apply KPIs to measure impact, drive improvement, and scale delivery systems globally.
  • Apply best practices and innovations to elevate program efficiency and learner experience.

Leadership:

  • Build, coach, and inspire a high-performing team of facilitators and coordinators.
  • Model Nike’s Maxims and HR values, cultivating a culture of collaboration and accountability.
  • Strengthen partnerships across the L&D ecosystem and HR community.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

  • Global and Regional People Solutions to align/collaborate on new learning solutions and activation of Core L & D portfolio.
  • COE Partners & Cross-Functional HR as a consultant and partner in program execution.
  • Global HR Communications to drive cohesive and aligned teammate narratives.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business, or equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
  • 9–10 years’ experience in adult learning solution development and program delivery.
  • Proven ability to scale delivery operations globally, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex logistics across multiple regions and stakeholder groups.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with facilitators, coordinators, and program execution teams.
  • Experience with learning systems, operational tools, and data-driven decision making.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive process improvement.
