WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

This role is a senior HR leader for operations—someone who thrives in fast-paced, safety-critical, labor-intensive environments and understands the realities of running large distribution centers and broader logistics functions.

You bring deep experience leading HR for hourly and frontline populations, operating as the HR leader for distribution centers while also influencing enterprise-level people strategy. You are a direct, trusted partner to senior leaders who can balance near-term operational demands with long-term workforce strategy.

You know how to translate business priorities—cost, service, safety, productivity, and growth—into clear people strategies and disciplined execution. You lead teams through complexity, hold a high bar for accountability, and ensure the fundamentals of HR delivery are strong, consistent, and compliant across sites.

With strong, hands-on leadership skills and the ability to influence across a matrixed HR ecosystem, you’ll lead a team of HR business partners and partner closely with the People Solutions Consulting team to ensure scalable, consistent delivery of critical HR actions across the NA Distribution Center network.

You bring:

  • Minimum 9 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including senior HR Business Partner leadership

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training

  • Direct experience supporting distribution centers, logistics, manufacturing, or other firstline-heavy operations

  • Demonstrated success serving as HR leader for large employee populations, including hourly and shift-based teams

  • Proven people leadership experience, with a track record of leading, coaching, and developing HR teams

  • Strong ability to drive integration and collaboration across site-based and corporate-based teams, and influence across a highly-matrixed environment

  • Strong capability in employee relations, labor strategy, workforce planning, and change management

  • Executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders through data, insight, and practical solutions
