WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re seeking a visionary creative leader to join the Jordan Brand Creative Studio as Director, Brand Concepts. Brand Concepts operates at the intersection of present and future — defining and developing unifying brand points of view across product, storytelling, experiences, and marketplace. This team imagines and builds the creative worlds that shape Jordan Brand’s biggest initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a strategic and imaginative storyteller — skilled in both verbal and visual communication, capable of simplifying complexity into clear, inspiring, and actionable ideas. You thrive in both concept creation and execution, uniting teams around a shared vision. You move fluidly between strategy, creative direction, art direction, and world building, balancing short-term seasonal storytelling with long-term brand vision.

  • 10+ years of experience in product, brand, or marketing within a major brand or agency
  • Bachelor’s degree in design or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education and experience, and training.
  • Proven creative leadership with expertise across narrative, art direction, and experiential design
  • Experience managing and mentoring creative teams
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating brand world building, storytelling, and visual direction
  • Excellent verbal, visual, and presentation skills; adept at communicating and defending ideas
  • Ability to lead and collaborate across large, cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Passion for sport, culture, and creativity — with deep curiosity and understanding of youth and design culture
  • Ability to work with focus, adaptability, and positivity in a fast-moving environment

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

  • Define and develop distinct Jordan Brand concepts and translate them into full creative worlds
  • Lead and inspire teams through the creative process — from ideation to execution
  • Collaborate across design, marketing, and strategy to align creative vision with business priorities
  • Build presentations, visual narratives, and materials that bring big ideas to life for leadership and teams
  • Partner with external agencies and creative collaborators to elevate creative excellence
  • Stay immersed in sport, culture, and design trends to inform and evolve Jordan’s creative direction
