WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You’ll sit at the center of Jordan Brand’s global retail ecosystem, partnering across Brand Marketing, Merchandising, Design, Digital Marketplace, Finance, Planning, and Operations. Reporting into global retail leadership, this role connects global vision with geo teams to bring Jordan to life across owned, partnered, and multi-brand retail environments worldwide.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a systems-minded retail leader who knows how to turn brand vision into scalable reality. Someone who can connect culture, consumer insight, and commercial rigor—and make it all work on the floor. This leader brings clarity in complexity, balances bold ambition with operational discipline, and knows how to influence without authority in a highly matrixed, global environment.
You understand retail not just as space, but as experience—product, service, storytelling, and environment working as one. You’ve built concepts that scale, protected brand distinction across formats, and equipped teams with the tools they need to execute with confidence. You’re calm under pressure, decisive in ambiguity, and deeply passionate about sport, culture, and the future of retail.
- 10+ years of experience in commerce, retail innovation, or concept development
- Proven leadership across cross‑functional global and geography teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
- Strong commercial acumen with experience balancing brand impact and financial outcomes
- Experience working across geographies strongly preferred
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You’ll define how Jordan shows up at retail—globally, consistently, and with unmistakable edge. From concept vision to execution systems, you’ll lead work that blends culture and commerce, setting the standard for brand expression while building scalable, profitable retail platforms.
- Lead end‑to‑end development of Jordan retail concepts across all formats, from Flagship to Community to partner doors
- Drive the integrated expression of Jordan across product, services, environment, and storytelling
- Partner closely with Merchandising, Brand Marketing, Design, Digital Marketplace, Finance, Planning, and Operations to ensure concepts are profitable, executable, and scalable
- Embed productivity, profitability, and long‑term growth into concept design from day one
- Translate strategy into clear playbooks, design toolkits, service standards, and governance models for geography teams
- Act as the bridge between global vision and local execution, enabling speed while protecting brand distinction
- Evolve concepts over time as consumer behavior, culture, and the marketplace continue to shift
