Job description:
- Lead negotiation with Landlord to achieve winning location for NIKE NSP projects, including opening new stores and upgrading existing stores
- Manage strategic relationship with key landlords
- Co-ordinate with cross functional teams and landlord to ensure the store opening process smoothly
- Lead and coach landlord team to deliver business results
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above with good language skills
- 15 years above Real Estate BD experience with strong negotiation skill; Retail industry background is highly appreciated
- Leasing experience in leading Landlord is also preferred
- Strong communication skills, ability to deal with multiple tasks and connect internal process
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- A growth mindset with curiosity to understand the latest company strategy with the ability to handle complicated projects
