The Jordan Streetwear FOP Merch lead drives the global Consumer x FOP vision alignment for the full marketplace and owns consumer insights for Greater China. This role focus on elevating Jordan through consumer right product, module prioritization and distribution intent to further inform assortment direction. FOP merchandising is acting the voice as Greater China into Global Merchandising.
- Responsible for influencing global line plan, building edited offering by FOP based on the knowledge of consumer insights and market capacity.
- Drives communication related to the consumer right assortment with MPU merchandising to ensure a consistent premium FOP experience landing in marketplace
- Owns pricing, flow, distro intent decision rights and serves as core members within FOP team.
- Drive the overall Jordan Streetwear business
Requirement

Responsible for performance management, pay, and resourcing decisions for direct and indirect reports.
Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree required in the relevant or a related field, or any acceptable combination of education and experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in the relevant or a related field.
