Director, Quality Engineering - NIKE USA Inc. - Beaverton, OR. Build and lead the quality engineering team across the company’s technology landscape on marketplace supply chain and product supply chain strategies; Strategize and plan three to five year roadmap to build out architecture while testing the plan to execute the validation; Analyze, understand, and review the business and technical requirements of the company’s objectives; Build, review and update automation test scripts to ensure automated testing is successful; Perform gap analysis of company requirements and architecture; Review test executions performed by different quality engineering teams; Communicate test results and status to respective stakeholders; Support post production efforts to review and track any issues; Review the technical architecture of designs and solutions presented across the team; Manage issues and resolve conflicts across cross functional teams, both internally and externally; and Track performance management, pay, and resourcing decisions for direct and indirect reports. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S., except from SD, VT, and WV.
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or Information Technology and 5 years of experience in the job offered or in an engineering-related occupation. Experience must include:
