DIRECTOR OF SALES TRAINING, EMEA
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
An EMEA Sales Leader who will be accountable for the functional learning and development strategy (Sales Training) for the EMEA Nike Sales organization. You'll be responsible for unlocking capabilities to drive business growth through continuous learning.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
Develop & execute a comprehensive learning strategy for the EMEA Sales team, leveraging the global Sales learning strategy & all globally developed curricula and content.
Build learner-focused curriculum for the EMEA Sales team, inclusive of new hire onboarding and geo-specific functional nuances distinct from Global Sales U curriculum.
Design & lead the deployment of the learning ecosystem in EMEA, which includes both formal training as well as a variety of reinforcing and continuous knowledge-building content & media.
Lead the design and delivery of training programs, workshops, and e-learning courses. Drive learning needs assessments and measure training effectiveness.
Assess training effectiveness and make improvements based on feedback and data through both EMEA specific changes as well as through global partnership and influence
Partner with HR and Sales leaders to identify skill gaps and career development opportunities.
Maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
Communicate with and manage key stakeholders to ensure alignment with the organization’s strategic goals and objectives.
Partner closely with Global Sales Training leader & other Geo Sales Training leads to align initiatives and create a unified approach.
GTM & Digital Sales LT: Contribute to & co-own the culture & strategy of GTM & Digital Sales as a LT member and overall organizational leader.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
In this role you will be reporting to the Sr Director, Go-To-Market & Digital Sales EMEA. You will partner closely with Go To Market and Digital Sales Leadership teams as well as HR and Sales Training Leads.
WHAT YOU WILL DELIVER
Deployment of Sales Training curriculum & continuous learning ecosystem in EMEA
Adaptation/localization of global Sales Training (x-functional training) content in EMEA
Track business impact of Sales Training in EMEA & optimize for continued elevated business benefit
Own the EMEA Sales Training voice to Global Sales Training
WHAT YOU BRING
Experience managing high-profile learning initiatives
Understanding of business environment and learning needs at all levels of the organization
Extensive experience in corporate learning, talent, development, and instructional design in complex stakeholder environments
Strong leadership and project management skills
Excellent communication and facilitation skills across a global team with high cultural awareness
