The annual base salary for this position ranges from $166,100.00 in our lowest geographic market to $392,700.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.

Director, Technical Product Management [SEC OTC]

Beaverton OR, North America (Remote Work Option)

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

As Director of SEC OTC Finance Technology, you will report to Sr Director SEC Finance Technology and will be responsible for delivering Order To Cash capabilities including Customer Finance, Sales Audit and Billing & Pricing to support our Finance Stakeholders in Controlling and Customer Finance. You will be part of the SEC Team that is focused on implementing SAP S4 solution globally which will be the foundation for enabling Nike’s Future growth.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The right candidate needs to have experience working on large scale ERP implementation programs.

  • Prior experience in implementing, integrating, and/or maintaining large-scale ERP application suites in the Retail/Fashion/Footwear industries preferably SAP S4 
  • Knowledge of system integration technologies (i.e., Fusion, SCPI, Amazon Web Services (AWS))
  • Understanding of finance domain focusing on Order To Cash process.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex organizational structures to solve unique, large scale and cross functional problems
  • Demonstrates enterprise approach with a specific focus on standardizing solutions and processes
  • Highly organized, able to influence others to adapt, evolve and adhere to newly developed frameworks and structures
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in a relevant Technology field or at least 7+ years of related experience

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

In this role you would work with finance stakeholders and partner across global technology teams to rollout the S4 solution globally. This role focused on

  • Managing a team of employees and contract staff to deliver OTC capabilities as part of S4 implementation.
  • Lead 3 tracks within OTC to design, deliver and operate:
    • Customer Finance
    • Retail Revenue (Sales Audit)
    • Billing & Pricing
  • Partner closely with the teams across SEC and non-SEC to research, plan, design, test, deploy and stabilize OTC finance capabilities as part SEC release.
  • Demonstrate deep technology and product expertise with Finance systems
  • Identify, manage, mitigate and communicate all risks and issues in OTC Finance solution delivery
  • Refine and implement program methodology, including integration of waterfall and agile methodology as required to partner with non-SEC teams
  • Develop and execute talent planning, development, and retention plans for the team.
