Nike’s European Logistics Campus (ELC) is a dynamic environment where passionate teammates unite to serve athletes personally and drive business growth across Nike’s EMEA Logistics network.
As a member of the Distribution organization, reporting into one of our Distribution Managers, you will work in close partnership with Distribution leaders at all levels of the organization, cross-functional teams and the EMEA Supply Chain Communications team.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Within the ELC, we have an exciting opportunity for a Coach to drive cross-DC engagement.
We are looking for a highly enthusiastic engagement specialist to help bring to life our Distribution vision, mission, action plans and experiences across our distribution centers in Laakdal and Ham.
The ideal candidate already worked in a high-paced logistics environment, with a passion for sport and supply chain, and:
- has a proven track record of developing inspiring messages and implementing comprehensive engagement strategies that drive connectedness, inspiration, clarity, increased brand loyalty, enhanced stakeholder experience, and ultimately, improved business performance.
- combines directly relevant work experience in communication, project management, design and storytelling with a knack for problem-solving.
- is comfortable connecting with leaders at differing levels of seniority.
- works effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to simplify the complex;
- is fluent in both Dutch and English;
- is sociable, flexible and a strong team player, able to work independently;
- enjoys translating vision and strategy into projects and stories that drive growth;
- has a bachelor’s level of thinking or an equivalent experience.
IMPORTANT AND NON-NEGOTIABLE NOTE:
- No relocation package/deal: candidates must currently reside in Belgium to be considered for this position (except border commuters). Applications from outside Belgium will be declined.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
As the ELC’s Distribution Engagement Coach, you will find yourself in a particularly exciting and ever-changing EMEA Logistics environment, supporting the strategic plans of various cross-DC engagement programs, from smaller day-to-day initiatives to larger projects.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams to develop, coordinate and facilitate unified engagement strategies designed to meet business goals and increase cross-DC connectedness;
- communicating our purpose in an engaging, clarifying and inspiring way, enhancing cross-DC understanding, education and engagement;
- analyzing stakeholder needs, co-creating plans and supporting their execution to create memorable experiences with tangible impact;
- facilitating communication between teams;
- managing project scope, budget, and timelines.
