This role will be part of the Global Jordan E2E Business Integration team to support & partner across Jordan functional teams and our Sport Offenses with the goal of bringing clarity, consistency and urgency to our E2E process, which in turn delivers product excellence embedded in the Jordan ethos to our consumers.

The Global Jordan E2E Integration Specialist role thrives on hustle, curiosity, and exploration of new solutions, approaches, platforms and technologies. This role and this team build frameworks, roadmaps, and processes. To get there, it is vital that this role be very comfortable with a path of ambiguity, someone who enjoys solving complex puzzles and doesn’t throw in the towel in frustration. It is an ideal launching-off point for someone interested in large-scale, complex strategic and operational problem-solving. We are looking for a teammate to join us who demonstrates the following:
- Participate as a vital member of the Global Jordan E2E Business integration team as we build out new ways of managing and communicating multiple layers of data and information
- Familiarity with or an ability to learn new technologies and platforms. Prior familiarity of Project management workflow tools like Airtable, Smartsheet, Tableau, and collaborative ideation software like Figma and Miro are a plus. Curiosity to explore these as well as new and emerging solutions to promote operational problem-solving are a must.
- Manage our air traffic control tools that capture the Brand’s most critical time-bound initiatives providing leadership with an instrument to see what is in flight, the team assigned, and the deadlines so that we can better optimize people, time and cost across the enterprise.
- Support Senior Director of E2E Business Integration and Director of Code in the construction of process-mapping and activation with Strategy, Planning, Brand, and our Geography partners to centralize key enterprise dates into one flow of information as well as distribution of critical information to the Jordan Brand.
- Responsible for the management of enterprise calendar inclusive of key E2E dates, brand moments, holidays, etc. to serves as one source of truth.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training.
- Minimum of 3 years applicable work experience
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will be part of a newly-formed team to construct strategically focused operational excellence for the Michael Jordan Brand. Our Brand’s priorities are serving our communities and our consumer through the lens of our nine key Sports Offenses. We operate with hustle, heart, diligence, and the knowledge that this team and legacy we carry forward is the reason we show up every day.
- Your day-to-day will be a dynamic and fast-paced mix in the Michael Jordan building, distilling information about the Jordan product creation through delivery to consumer process (known as “Code”).
- You will discover large amounts information across all functions and synthesize it through tools and processes to our Sport offenses for E2E activations.
- You will support our End to End team in the construction of tools to communicate to the entire Brand expectations, needs, and deliverables leading up to our Creation gates (“Code” gates) and what happens next as we build the process for passing the work-baton along the product creation process.
- You will need to lean into challenges, build relationships, and instil trust & collaboration with your Jordan and Nike colleagues.
