EKIN Experience & Training Specialist
Location: Mumbai, India
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
The EKIN Experience & Training Specialist will be part of the Nike India Marketing team, reporting to the Retail Brand Marketing Manager, India. They will work closely with Brand Marketing, Retail Operations, Store Marketing, Partner Retail teams and the network of coaches, trainers and authenticators across the market as well as partner with the EKIN team in SEA&I (Southeast Asia & India).

The ideal candidate is an energetic facilitator, brand storyteller and relationship builder with a deep passion for sport, culture and retail excellence. They are comfortable operating in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and can translate brand, product and seasonal priorities into engaging, meaningful experiences for frontline teams and partners.
They bring structure, creativity and ownership to everything they do — from designing training content to executing on-ground experiences. They are confident presenting to groups of all sizes, building trust with store teams and external partners, and collaborating across functions to drive impact at scale. They are proactive, adaptable, organised and thrive in ambiguity, bringing a learner’s mindset and a strong sense of accountability to continuously improve the way Nike shows up in retail and in the wider ecosystem.
Required qualifications and details:
3–5 years of experience in retail, training, brand experience, events or related roles
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, experience or training
Experience in facilitation, retail education, product training or event execution
Ability to travel locally and work flexible hours including occasional evenings or weekends
Deep passion for the Nike Brand and Sports.
Knowledge of the local market, consumer trends, and retail destinations.
Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
Ability to connect and inspire others, facilitate meetings, and apply consumer insights to strategy.
Willingness to travel across the city up to 75% of the time, delivering in-store trainings at key Nike Doors and Partners.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will bring Nike’s brand, product and seasonal stories to life for frontline retail teams and partners through engaging trainings, experiences and relationships that elevate knowledge, confidence and consumer connection, while strengthening Nike’s presence across retail, brand and the wider sports ecosystem.
You will:
Design and deliver digital and in-person trainings on product, brand, innovation and seasonal initiatives for Nike owned and partner stores.
Create onboarding and immersion experiences that introduce new teammates to Nike’s culture, values and expectations.
Support Brand Marketing by helping translate campaign and seasonal narratives into retail-relevant storytelling and experiences.
Support Brand Marketing team in on ground activation execution
Build and maintain strong relationships with the coaches, trainers and authenticators network, supporting them on-ground and enabling them to be effective Nike ambassadors.
Partner with Retail Brand Marketing, Store Marketing and Retail Operations to align training and experiences with seasonal priorities and commercial moments.
Facilitate workshops, presentations and sessions for small and large groups across multiple formats.
Gather feedback and insights from stores and partners to evolve training content and improve impact.
Develop education plans using EKIN tools and resources (samples, seeding, product trials, training materials).

Manage budgets and adhere Nike Policies and Procedures.
