As Entry Analyst, GREATER CHINA, and be accountable for Invoice Management and Tax Accounting.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Invoice Management - Execute the end-to-end invoice lifecycle management and compliance operations
- Execute daily invoice operations including issuance, verification, and archiving, to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
- Respond to invoice-related inquiries and provide supporting documentation.
- Monitor the invoicing system to promptly identify and report issues. Coordinate with both the internal Tech team and external vendors to facilitate problem resolution.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) for invoice system upgrades or new feature implementations.
Tax Accounting - Execute tax accounting operations and reconciliation activities
- Process month end and year end closing activities, including journal entry preparation and posting, VAT settlement.
- Extract SAP data to support external advisors in return preparation.
- Reconcile tax GL accounts and perform variance analysis.
- Respond to tax accounting inquiries and provide relevant data support.
- Assist in testing and validation for system upgrades.
SELECTION CRITERIA
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or Taxation
- 2+ years of relevant working experience
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Experience with SAP is preferred
- Fluent in English
