WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will be part of the Nike Value Stores Allocation team within Nike Direct EMEA, based at the European Headquarters in Hilversum. The team partners closely with Merchandising, Assortment Planning, Supply Chain, and store teams across Europe to bring seasonal strategies to life in store while driving a fast-paced retail business.

We are looking for a driven Allocator with a strong retail foundation and an ownership mindset. You bring a passion for Nike Brand and Product and are motivated by making decisions that directly impact how product comes to life in store. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, you are curious by nature, open to learning, and energized by continuous improvement. You seek to understand different points of view, connect the dots across the business, and help create shared clarity with your partners. You bring resilience, adaptability, and positive momentum to a team that is on a continuous journey of learning, evolving, and raising the bar together.
1–3+ years of experience in Allocation, Planning, Merchandising, Buying, or a related retail role.
Strong retail mindset; corporate experience in fashion or sports retail is preferred.
Solid analytical skills with confidence in Excel; experience with Tableau, Power BI, or SQL is a plus.
Comfort making decisions within ambiguity and taking ownership for outcomes.
Open to working in Hilversum, Netherlands.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will own allocation and replenishment decisions that ensure the right Nike product is in the right place, at the right time, and in the right quantity. Working cross-functionally, you will translate data and seasonal strategy into clear actions that drive performance and elevate the consumer experience in store.
Own allocation and replenishment decisions using sales, inventory, and store performance data.
Drive assortment and allocation decisions in close partnership with Merchandising and Assortment Planning.
Manage allocation in-season by identifying risks and opportunities and deciding on the right course of action.
Approach seasonal strategies with curiosity, working with partners to create a shared vision for how product comes to life in store.
Act as a key functional partner for Seasonal Kick-Offs, preparing and presenting allocation strategy in larger cross-functional forums.
Communicate decisions clearly through analysis, reporting, and in-season trade discussions.
Continuously look for ways to improve ways of working, tools, and decision quality.
