WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

This role will be the core leadership of Korea Nike Marketplace Partner. This role will work closely with ABC Mart Korea team as well as a large, diverse team of ABC Mart cross-functional teammates including Merch, DSM (Demand & Supply Management), Marketing, MPO (Marketplace Operations) and Partnership Transformation team and GEO counterparts. This role will report to Director Korea territory partner lead based in Korea to build, align and execute NMP (Nike Marketplace Partners) strategy.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

This candidate needs to lead account management and strategic growth initiatives for the NIKE Korea Marketplace with an experienced Sales, Planning & Strategy professional. This ideal candidate needs a high degree of curiosity & learning agility, excellent strategic account planning & project organizational skills, and an ability to communicate effectively with account and internal cross functional team.

  • 13+ years of experience in retail management, brand management, planning and closely related field with bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Ability to think strategically to create and align mid to long term growth strategy with geo and partner sr leaders, and cascade to one year, season/qtr into tactical goals and actions.
  • Strong partnership & bonding skills with sr leaders from our partners to keep enhancing relationship with the partner and Nike. 
  • Experienced leading cross functional teams to orchestrate and manage complexities of work, delivering the goals with optimism.
  • Ability and vision to provide 360-degree business solutions given the dynamic multi-brand retail scene in innovative thinking
  • Experience in utilizing financial decision making, models and translating results into business plans and accurate revenue forecasts.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (fluency in English and Korean), with ability to clearly articulate goals and objectives. Able to influence both cross functionally and vertically within the organization.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will be responsible for achieving assigned sales growth by bringing in new and maintaining existing business, sell products to a defined set of accounts or geographic territory, contribute to the development of the marketplace strategy at the account/banner level, to maximize profitability for the company and account. You will elevate NIKE retail and move forward NIKE retail to meet the company’s strategy and future.

  • Drive marketplace management for ABC MART group.
  • Build the banner strategies and maximizing NIKE’s business and drive the cross-functional team to hit the seasonal revenue targets.
  • Build and manage the account strategy to create the future marketplace.
  • Lead and plan seasonal business plan to reflect better retail presentation to maximize our NIKE’s business collaborate with teammates.
  • Work with the account to redefine their business and strategy, and thereby elevate the marketplace and meet the needs of Korean consumers.
