WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re seeking a strategic and influential leader to serve as the Enterprise Business Planning Director for Greater China. This role plays a pivotal role in shaping and driving the EBP operating rhythm across GC, ensuring alignment with global priorities while enabling sustainable growth and operational excellence. The EBP Director will lead the activation and drive the optimization of the GC EBP ecosystem, partner with senior leadership, and represent GC in the global EBP ops community to influence enterprise-wide decisions.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with operational rigor, excels at driving alignment across diverse functions, with strong ability to simplify complexity for senior stakeholders. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills to ensure GC priorities are embedded in global strategies and decisions.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

As the EBP Director, you will:

  • Set the vision and operating rhythem for GC’s EBP offense, ensuring consistency, transparency, and agility across all planning cycles.
  • Facilitate executive level EBP forums (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly) to align cross-functional priorities, cascade global guidance, and drive timely decisions that balance financial goals with consumer needs.
  • Activate and optimize the GC EBP ecosystem and orchestrate integrated planning processes from long-range strategy to in-season execution, ensuring ONE connected operating plan across functions.
  • Monitor business performance and anticipate risks, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Champion enterprise integration, connecting Planning, Finance, Marketplace, Supply Chain, Merchandising, and Strategy to deliver a seamless end-to-end planning process.
  • Represent GC in global EBP Ops forums, influencing global strategies and ensuring GC priorities are embedded in enterprise decisions.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will report to the Senior Director of EBP, GC and partner closely with GC Leadership Team, Global EBP Operations, and senior business leaders across functions. Your success depends on building strong relationships with Sport Planning, Marketplace Planning, Finance, Supply & Inventory Management, Supply Chain, and Strategy teams to align frameworks, deliverables, and dynamic business requirements.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise planning, business operations, or related strategic roles, with a proven track record of driving cross-functional alignment and delivering results.
  • Proven strategic leadership experience, capable of influencing senior stakeholders and leading complex initiatives across multiple functions and geographies.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts and gaining buy-in from senior stakeholders across cultures and functions.
  • Deep understanding of planning ecosystems, including Retail Sales/Demand, Supply/Inventory, Revenue/Margin, and Operational Planning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with experience assessing risks, modeling scenarios, and making balanced recommendations.
  • Ability to lead through ambiguity, set clear priorities, and foster accountability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English & Mandarin (verbal and written).
