WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
 

As the Director of Energy Marketing for EMEA, you’ll be based at our European Headquarters and work at the center of a cross‑functional network that spans the region. You’ll partner closely with Brand Creative, Sports Marketing, Partner Marketing, Communications, Brand Operations, and Global Energy, while maintaining strong alignment with Energy Marketing teams in our Key Cities.
 

You’ll connect Geo leadership, city teams, and global partners - ensuring strategic clarity, cultural sharpness, and world‑class execution at the moments that matter most. This role includes regular travel, across both our Global HQ in the US and within Europe.

  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
     

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
 

Reporting to the EMEA Senior Energy Director, you’ll lead the planning and execution of the EMEA Energy Strategic Plan, ensuring Nike shows up with relevance, distinction, and cultural impact across the region.
 

You’ll create new space for sport and culture to co‑exist through initiatives rooted in athletes, innovation, and insight. You’ll partner with city teams to bring these ideas to life on the ground, while aligning with global and category partners to ensure consistency, scale, and excellence.
 

Core Responsibilities:
 

  • Obsess our most visionary consumer, translating insight into brand opportunities that take Nike somewhere new.
  • Adopt and translate Global Energy strategies for EMEA, ensuring benchmark execution across our most critical brand moments.
  • Partner with EMEA Merchandising and Sales to drive end‑to‑end go‑to‑market excellence.
  • Collaborate with EMEA Sport leads (Running, Football, Sportswear, etc.) to identify opportunities across sport, sportswear, and whitespace.
  • Create integrated initiatives that shape conversation at Nike’s most important moments.
  • Brief and guide functional partners across Partner Marketing, Communications, Brand Creative, Sports Marketing, and Brand Operations.
  • Support long‑term strategic planning and financial leadership alongside the Senior Energy Marketing Director.
  • Lead, coach, and inspire the EHQ Energy Marketing team, while supporting city‑based teammates across the geography.
  • Manage budget accountability across all Energy workstreams, supported by BPO.
  • Foster a culture anchored in Nike’s maxims.
