WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You will report to the Territory EKIN Manager and work closely with Brand, Merchandising, Retail Marketing and Sports Marketing teams to ensure training and seasonal opportunities are met. Collaborate with Partners to Optimize education touchpoints aligned with the holistic vision of athlete education.

X-functional partnership with Field Leadership, Store teams, and Retail Store Operations as execution partners & external vendor partners for the creation of training event.

  • Deep passion for the Nike brand and sports.
  • Practices or has practiced football (club, amateur, academy, school, or community level).
  • Brings strong football product knowledge (boots, apparel, equipment, and athlete’s needs).
  • Strong understanding of local football culture.
  • Knowledge of the local market, consumer trends, and retail destinations.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Intermediate English proficiency required
  • Experience in retail, sales, customer service, trainings, and events.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to connect and inspire others, facilitate meetings for small and large audiences, and apply consumer insights to strategy
  • Positive and active presence on social media (experience in digital content creation is a plus).
  • Willingness to travel across the city up to 70% of the time, delivering in-store trainings at local Nike key doors. 
  • Availability and documents to occasionally travel inside and outside of the country (mostly U.S.) and work on weekends.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

Since 1981, the EKIN team (Nike spelled backwards) has served as the bridge between Nike’s products and consumers, sharing insights and innovations to inspire a passion for sport. Today, the EKIN team continues that mission, bringing inspiration and innovation to athletes around the world and ensuring every athlete can find the right product to make their dreams real.

  • Create and deliver dynamic educational clinics on Nike footwear, apparel, and equipment in stores and with key partners. Covering all Nike Sports, but with a special focus on Nike Football.
  • Act as a football expert voice for Nike, authentically connecting product innovation to athlete performance and style.
  • Develop education plans using EKIN tools and resources (samples, seeding, product trials, training materials)
  • Support marketing events and consumer experiences (expos, sports events, activations)
  • Maintain connection with consumers and store athletes, gathering local market insights and product feedback
  • Work with the Territory EKIN Manager to define priorities and focus reports for key accounts
  • Manage budgets and follow Nike policies and procedures.

Si te seleccionan para ocupar un puesto corporativo, la persona responsable de la contratación te contactará para comenzar las entrevistas y será tu punto de contacto principal durante todo el proceso. Para los puestos de Retail, tendrás que completar una evaluación interactiva de entre 10 y 20 minutos que incluye una conversación y cuestionarios. Independientemente de tu puesto, queremos conocer todas tus facetas, así que no tengas reparo en enseñar cómo ofreces un servicio premium y qué es lo que te diferencia de los demás.

03. Haz una entrevista

Enfréntate a esta fase con confianza. Para ello, investiga, entiende lo que buscamos y prepárate para responder a las preguntas que te hagan para conocerte mejor a ti y a tu experiencia.
