WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

The Brand Experience, Store Design team operates inside the Global Jordan Brand Creative Studio — a multidisciplinary collective known for bold storytelling and end‑to‑end creative excellence. They report into the Sr. Creative Director, Brand Design, Global Jordan, and collaborate with cross‑functional partners across Brand Design, Creative Operations, Seasonal & Story Design, Retail & Digital Marketing, and the Global Marketplace.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Nike seeks a visionary creative leader who lives at the intersection of store design, culture, and immersive brand experience. This teammate blends architectural thinking with expressive storytelling, shaping retail environments that feel alive with purpose. They ground creativity in insight, scale global strategy into local relevance, and bring clarity to complex, cross‑functional work. They champion innovation, push for elevated craft, and inspire teams to create spaces that move people. They thrive in collaboration, navigate ambiguity with confidence, and bring an eye for design that’s as sharp as their instincts for culture.

You bring:

  • 6+ years in Retail Design, Brand Experience, Retail Experience, or Brand Storytelling for a major brand or agency
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Architecture, Visual Communication, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
  • Proven creative leadership in experiential and retail design, with strong communication and presentation skills
  • Expertise in art direction, spatial design, and culturally driven storytelling

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You’ll shape the future of Jordan’s retail presence — translating brand vision into expressive physical environments. You’ll drive concepts from spark to execution, guiding teams and partners toward immersive experiences that stand apart in culture.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and inspire the Brand Experience, Store Design team with vision, clarity, and creative excellence
  • Concept and deliver immersive, Jordan‑only retail experiences that elevate store design and guest engagement
  • Partner with Brand Design, Creative Operations, Seasonal & Story Design, Marketplace, and Marketing teams to bring global strategies to life at seasonal and project levels
  • Research and apply insights from retail design, basketball culture, fashion, art, and emerging cultural movements to inform design direction
  • Champion craft, consistency, and quality across all creative output
  • Guide cross‑functional alignment to ensure holistic, culturally resonant retail executions
  • Shape spaces and experiences that connect deeply with consumers and strengthen Jordan’s place in culture
