In our NIKE Retail Stores we use special job names for our positions: a department manager is called "Coach".

In Visual Merchandising and Styling, we are committed to creating authentic, connected, and distinctive premium experience for our consumers. As a Visual Merchandising and Styling Coach in our store, you’ll be responsible for delivering VMS strategy, plans, and processes that ensure the highest level of execution of the Nike Visual Merchandising and Styling direction and principles within your department. 

As Visual Merchandising and Styling Coach you are:

  • Adopt and implement global Visual Merchandising and Styling standards for relevant categories and ensure execution.
  • Manage implementation and maintenance of category experiences and controlled spaces throughout the department.
  • Oversee the execution of key Category initiatives and seasonal strategies for your department.
  • Manage resources and executes Visual Merchandising and Styling guidelines for department refits and events.
  • Manage a core team and set goals to link to the overall brand and business priorities. Coach staff, support development, and drives performance management, recognition, and rewards.
  • Monitor department to ensure visual standards are met and visual merchandising and styling is consistent; facilitate feedback process with store leadership and Visual Merchandising and Styling Team.
  • Execute training strategies to ensure department personnel have adequate knowledge of visual standards and visual merchandising techniques.
  • Interact with management and key business partners to ensure plans and execution support overall Brand/ Category strategy and direction.
  • Influences others through persuasion, ability to delivery relevant information with confidence and build a strong network of relationships.

What you bring

  • A passion for NIKE and/or love of sport 
  • Some experience in retail and/or leadership positions  
  • Very good command of English language (written  and spoken) 
  • Experience and competency in serving exceptional consumer service 
  • Ability to coach and develop a strong team  
  • Strong focus on communication 
  • Flexibility to work in shifts and on weekends

01. Presenta una solicitud

02. Conoce al/a la responsable de la selección de personal o haz una evaluación

Si te seleccionan para ocupar un puesto corporativo, la persona responsable de la contratación te contactará para comenzar las entrevistas y será tu punto de contacto principal durante todo el proceso. Para los puestos de Retail, tendrás que completar una evaluación interactiva de entre 10 y 20 minutos que incluye una conversación y cuestionarios. Independientemente de tu puesto, queremos conocer todas tus facetas, así que no tengas reparo en enseñar cómo ofreces un servicio premium y qué es lo que te diferencia de los demás.

03. Haz una entrevista

Enfréntate a esta fase con confianza. Para ello, investiga, entiende lo que buscamos y prepárate para responder a las preguntas que te hagan para conocerte mejor a ti y a tu experiencia.
