WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
This role works across Nike’s Sales, Finance, Legal, and Marketing teams to shape commercial terms that fuel sustainable, profitable growth across EMEA. The Lead partners closely with integrated account, portfolio, and sport sales leaders while engaging senior stakeholders to influence strategy, support negotiations, and strengthen operational excellence across the region.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a strategic, analytical leader who can translate Nike’s priorities into a clear commercial terms framework for EMEA. The ideal candidate brings strong commercial instincts, experience partnering in retail or wholesale environments, and the ability to assess financial opportunities with confidence. They communicate with clarity, build trust across functions, and thrive in dynamic, fast‑paced environments. This leader balances strategic thinking with sharp problem‑solving skills and brings a proactive mindset to navigating ambiguity. They are a strong storyteller, a confident influencer, and someone who naturally drives alignment across teams. You bring:
Proven partnership experience in retail or wholesale settings
Commercial and account management experience within Sales and/or Finance
Strong commercial acumen and ability to evaluate business opportunities
Excellent communication and negotiation skills across internal and external partners
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You’ll lead Nike’s commercial terms strategy for EMEA, driving profitable growth and operational excellence. You’ll translate strategic priorities into financial frameworks, support partner negotiations, and strengthen governance across processes, tools, and workflows. Your work will influence senior decision‑makers and elevate the commercial performance of EMEA partners.
In this role, you will:
Lead the design and governance of EMEA commercial terms strategy
Translate Nike’s priorities into commercial frameworks and investment plans
Oversee profitability performance and partner with Finance on financial planning and modeling
Influence senior Sales, Finance, and cross‑functional stakeholders on commercial shifts
Drive continuous improvement across commercial terms processes and workflows
Support partner negotiations with strategic and financial guidance
Oversee contract governance with Legal and Finance to mitigate commercial and legal risks
