What do you bring:

  • Deep expertise in event technology, innovation, and trends across virtual, hybrid, and live events

  • Strong end-to-end project management skills, including leading freelancers, agencies, and production teams, across both B2B and B2C environments

  • Experience planning and delivering multi-day international guest programs and experiences

  • Well-established network within the international event industry

  • Process-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and driving improvements

  • Experience leading strategic partnerships and managing suppliers within a Fortune 500 environment

  • Ability to adapt under pressure, manage shifting priorities, and remain flexible and results-driven

  • Strong capability to translate business objectives into effective event solutions

  • Expert budget management skills with a high level of attention to detail

  • Strong problem-solving skills, organizational awareness, and ability to influence

  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and work cross-functionally with senior leadership

  • Highly skilled communicator with experience managing relationships across diverse stakeholder groups

  • Ability to clearly articulate complex business concepts in English

  • Willingness to travel 20–25%

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

  • Act as a strategic business partner to internal stakeholders by understanding long-term objectives and proactively shaping mid- to long-term event strategies to support them.

  • Develop clear event briefs and production designs grounded in business objectives, with a strong focus on the end-to-end consumer journey.

  • Deliver high-end Nike event experiences in close collaboration with Global and Key City teams.

  • Lead seamless logistics and technical production through effective partnerships with internal and external service providers.

  • Build, manage, and lead extended project teams, while maintaining strong, long-term relationships with freelancers.

  • Develop, oversee, and manage complex event budgets responsibly and transparently.

  • Design and deliver B2B virtual, hybrid, and live event experiences.

  • Lead and develop strategic projects that contribute to strengthening the EMEA Events strategy.

  • Build and nurture long-term internal and external strategic partnerships.

  • Proactively contribute to shaping the future of the EMEA Events function by co-designing and influencing global direction with local market requirements.

  • Drive continuous improvement of processes to ensure efficient and effective meeting and event execution.
