Who We’re Looking For

At Nike, we don’t just power athletes—we power entire Athlete* ecosystems. As our Licensing Operations Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the Global Product Licensing (GPL) team, helping to shape how Nike shows up through strategic licensee partnerships who serve Athletes* around the world. You’ll join a growth-oriented, high-impact team that defines what licensing can do for the Brand and for consumers who expect nothing less than the best from Nike.

We’re looking for a sharp, strategic operator—someone who thrives on solving complex problems, building scalable systems, and collaborating across functions. You’ll bring rigor, clarity, and energy to everything from royalty operations to business development support. If you’re passionate about operational excellence and want to help drive one of Nike’s fastest-growing businesses, this is your moment.

What You’ll Work On

You’ll lead the execution of monthly licensing and royalty operations—think royalty reporting and reconciliation, approvals, collections—and help manage our Licensing Management System, the backbone of our product licensing business.

You’ll also:
- Drive key deliverables that support new business development, licensing strategies, and ongoing licensee management
- Lead and support quarterly business reviews and governance reporting
- Build and evolve operational processes that scale with our ambitions
- Tackle day-to-day business challenges with data-driven insights and a solution-oriented mindset

This role is equal parts strategic and hands-on. You’ll be empowered to make decisions, lead initiatives, and influence how we operate globally.

Who You’ll Work With

You’ll report directly to the Director of Business Development for GPL and collaborate closely with the Licensing Operations Manager, Lead Financial Planning Manager, Product Licensing Directors and Managers, and our external licensee partners. You’ll be a connector—bridging teams, aligning priorities, and ensuring our operations run with precision and purpose.

What You Bring

- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of experience in business operations, consulting, corporate strategy, merchandising, or a related field.
- Licensing industry experience is a strong plus.
- Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive change.
- Exceptional communication skills—written, verbal, and visual.
- A detail-oriented, process-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.

We offer a number of accommodations to complete our interview process including screen readers, sign language interpreters, accessible and single location for in-person interviews, closed captioning, and other reasonable modifications as needed. If you discover, as you navigate our application process, that you need assistance or an accommodation due to a disability, please complete the Candidate Accommodation Request Form.
