WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You’ll join Nike’s Store Development team, partnering closely with Nike Direct, Marketplace Planning, Finance, and Analytics teams. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Real Estate Operations, you’ll collaborate across functions to shape Nike’s physical presence and partner ecosystem, driving strategies that influence consumer access and brand strength.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re searching for a strategic thinker with deep expertise in retail real estate and marketplace planning. This person thrives on turning complex data into actionable insights and compelling narratives. They bring a strong analytical foundation, exceptional storytelling skills, and a bias for action. The ideal candidate is fluent in spatial analytics, forecasting, and financial modeling, and knows how to connect the dots between consumer behavior, market dynamics, and Nike’s growth ambitions.
You’ll need:
- Open to work in Beaverton, OR
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Economics, Urban Planning, Finance, Data Science, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
- 7+ years in retail real estate strategy, market planning, or spatial analytics
- Proficiency in GIS and business intelligence tools (ArcGIS, Power BI, Excel)
- Experience with forecasting, consumer insights, and post-opening evaluations
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You’ll lead the development of strategic market plans and optimize Nike’s marketplace footprint. Your work will influence where and how Nike shows up, balancing Direct-to-Consumer growth, wholesale partnerships, and omnichannel experiences.
Day-to-day, you will:
- Build and maintain strategic market plans across physical distribution channels
- Analyze and support Nike Stores’ real estate finance objectives
- Perform trade area and ecosystem analytics using GIS, demographics, mobile movement, and competitive intelligence
- Develop scenario-based forecasts for openings, partner expansions, and omnichannel initiatives
- Assess Nike Stores portfolio performance and recommend actions
- Deliver presentations that connect data points to inform distribution strategy
- Maintain location and partner databases; contribute to model and tool enhancements
