WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a Lead Partner Representative for CEMEA Distributors team, who'll be responsible for leading one or more of the CFOPs, thereby leading the seasonal execution, end-to-end partner relationship and marketplace management.

  • Orchestrate cross-functional delivery of outstanding seasonal plans that increase sell-in opportunity.
  • Maximize net revenue and net contribution by leading the end-to-end business with excellence.

The candidate needs to have strong relationship, influencing and collaboration skills (working with wide Nike matrix incl. Nike Direct and other MPUs).  On top of that, high level of proactivity self-started mindset and ability to work well in multicultural environment.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

You will be driving the one of our CEMEA distributors business, in line with the account and overall Nike strategies to achieve sales goals on a seasonal basis.

  • Marketplace management: co-create a holistic Consumer Fields of Play marketplace strategy (Nike Direct stores, NDDCP and wholesale accounts) with a partner
  • Seasonal management: Drive seasonal readiness, maximize commercial opportunities, optimize in-season trading and replenishment
  • Partner management: contribute to net revenue growth and net contribution of your account leading end to end business with partner

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You become an integral part of the CEMEA team and ensure strong cross functional working between operations, finance and brand as well as other MPUs and Nike Direct world.

In this role you will report directly into the one of the Distributor Partner Directors for CEMEA.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • You are someone who feels very comfortable working with Partners, a skill you would have developed by Experience in Account Management acquired in Sales, Buying, Procurement, Business Planning, Merchandising or relevant field.  You come with high level communication skills, negotiation skills and you excel at team collaboration and relationship building.
  • Ability to lead Cross Functional work streams and business development projects
  • Strong Partner Management (comfortable leading strategic partners and dialogues, relationship building, negotiation, forecasting, hind sighting) and Influencing Skills.
  • Ability to balance day-today operational tasks with strategic outlook
  • Strong Communication Skills, including the ability to elicit information, actively listen, dialogue freely, verbalize ideas optimally
