WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You will work closely with the greater Training Apparel PLM team as well as Design, Merchandising, and Development functions.

We are looking for someone that has strong product experience & intuition for business. The candidate needs to have heightened awareness of trend; performance industries/competitive landscape; and a passion for Sport, Nike, and product in general.  They will possess high skill level and comfort with both verbal and written communication.

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Retail Merchandising, Business or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education,experience,and training.
  • Minimum 6 years' relevant experience in product-related roles
  • Must have Product Management experience.
  • Knowledge in performance apparel is preferred.
  • Leads with a positive spirit and creates a ‘one team’ environment across functions.
  • Ability to operate effectively even when the way forward is not clear and to take an ambiguous situation and create a clear path forward for the cross-functional team.
  • Ability to communicate in consistent, clear, agile, and timely manner with cross-functional partners - written and verbally.
  • Strategic thinking with ability to balance athlete needs, retail opportunities, and profitability.
  • Leads by example and can holds team accountable for meeting deadlines and delivering quality work.
  • Ability to travel up to 15%, both domestic and international.
     

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
 

If this description sounds like you, you will manage and oversee training product creation serving male athletes around the globe. This is a demanding role with both strategic and creative facets of the work. You will lead product and design reviews, partner with merchandising on strategy and line development, lead cross-functional meetings, create compelling visual tools to influence design, merchandising and our downstream geography partners.

Para los puestos de Retail, tendrás que completar una evaluación interactiva de entre 10 y 20 minutos que incluye una conversación y cuestionarios. Independientemente de tu puesto, queremos conocer todas tus facetas, así que no tengas reparo en enseñar cómo ofreces un servicio premium y qué es lo que te diferencia de los demás.
