We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead AI Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of AI-powered products and solutions. This role will focus on leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies to create innovative and impactful products that deliver exceptional value to customers and stakeholders. As a key leader in the team, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, various teams with Global Technology (e.g., Digital Technology, martech...etc.), and business, to deliver world-class scalable AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy and Vision
• Define and articulate a compelling vision and roadmap for AI-powered products in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
• Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities to leverage AI to address customer needs and business challenges.
2. Product Development
• Lead end-to-end product development lifecycle for AI solutions, from ideation to launch and iteration.
• Work with machine learning engineers, analytics engineer, data engineers, and cross functional tech engineers and product managers to define technical requirements and ensure successful product delivery.
• Evaluate and incorporate emerging AI technologies to enhance product offerings.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align on product goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Communicate product strategy, progress, and insights to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to AI ethics, regulations, and standards.
4. Customer Focus
• Conduct user research and analyze feedback to understand customer pain points and needs.
• Translate customer insights into actionable product features and enhancements.
5. Data-Driven Decision Making
• Define key performance metrics and measure the success of AI initiatives.
• Use data analytics and experimentation to continuously improve product performance and user experience.
Qualifications
• Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Experience:
• 7+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years focused on AI or data-driven products.
• Proven track record of successfully launching AI/ML-powered products.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.
• Familiarity with product development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
• Soft Skills:
• Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with AI ethics, privacy, and regulatory considerations.
• Knowledge of industry-specific AI applications (e.g., e-commerce, retail, supplychain, finance...etc.).
• Hands-on experience with data visualization and analytics tools.
