Who you’ll work with

This role reports directly to the Director, Account Marketing, Sportswear Partners. You’ll collaborate extensively across multiple departments and functions, including the Sportswear & Energy cross-functional team, Sportswear & Energy brand teams, Brand Creative, Sports Marketing, City cross-functional teams, and the external Account Marketing team.

Serving as a critical link between these diverse groups, you’ll leverage their collective strengths to deliver unified and impactful seasonal campaigns across the region. Your ability to connect, align, and multiply expertise will be central to driving Nike Sportswear’s account marketing success.

What you’ll work on

In this role, you’ll become an integral member of the account marketing team dedicated to Sportswear Specialty. You’ll collaborate closely with the Nike Sportswear brand and cross-functional account teams to drive seasonal initiatives and craft marketing strategies that align with Nike’s brand and business priorities.

You’ll lead seasonal planning, guide briefs through creative and brand teams, and ensure Nike’s standards show up consistently across every consumer touchpoint. You’ll design storytelling initiatives that elevate consumer experiences, strengthen relationships with partners, and amplify Nike Sportswear’s presence across digital and physical channels.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Leading seasonal planning and developing comprehensive marketing briefs for accounts, ensuring brand distinction and activation at every touchpoint.
  • Building and sustaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including account teams, agencies, and vendors.
  • Designing and executing engaging in-store and digital storytelling initiatives that create memorable consumer experiences and foster brand equity.
  • Developing impactful digital and social media programming across owned, earned, and paid channels to enhance consumer engagement.
  • Contributing to a culture of mentorship and partnership, providing coaching and inspiration to drive team growth and motivation.

Independientemente de tu puesto, queremos conocer todas tus facetas, así que no tengas reparo en enseñar cómo ofreces un servicio premium y qué es lo que te diferencia de los demás.
