WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

This role will report into the Senior Manager, Partner Marketing Mens Sportswear and will be part of the core Nike Partner Marketing team alongside the broader cross-functional Nike Marketplace Partner matrix. You will act as a key collaborator with the Emea Sportswear Consumer Construct, Creative, Planning, Sports Marketing and Catalyst functions.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

This role will be responsible for setting the strategic direction and support in the execution of key seasonal Marketing priorities within the Sportswear field of play for the Nike Partner Marketplace. 


For this role, we seek an enthusiastic marketeer with a background in Brand and Digital or Retail Marketing, a strong affinity for sport and culture, and a deep understanding of the sporting goods industry and marketplace. You are passionate about envisioning the future of the industry and how we can better serve our Nike consumers.

The candidate needs to have an agile mindset and ability to drive executional excellence in a high pace environment. Embracing complexity and change, the candidate pairs innovative thinking and a growth mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and with multiple account partners.


WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

If this is you, you will working alongside the Partner Marketing team dedicated to your group of partners in the Mens Sportswear Field of Play. As part of our Partner Marketplace management team and in close collaboration with the EMEA functional leads, you will drive our seasonal offense and build strategies & plans that support our key business drivers, while identifying opportunities and developing plans specific for how to grow the Nike business.

In a typical week you might:

  • Drive the seasonal planning and strategy in partnership with the partner management teams—focusing on Innovation, Sport Moments, Athletes and Cultural catalysts.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Nike teams, marketplace partners, agencies, and vendors.

  • Act as a key liaison between integrated marketing teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration.

  • Work with your team to ensure excellent campaign execution, by attending a campaign shoot, seeing a retail installation come to life or attending a consumer event with one of our strategic partners.

  • Lead, coach and inspire your team of Partner Marketing professionals and specialists by establishing and driving a culture of mentorship & partnership.
